A free, one-page-per-lake guide to fishing, boating and swimming, built from official sources.
LakeRipple puts the facts you need before a day on the water on one page for each lake and pond: what fish live there, recent trout stocking, seasons and limits, boat launches and access sites, public beaches, ice-out history, invasive species, boating restrictions, a shoreline map, live weather and sun, moon and fishing-time estimates.
We started with New Hampshire, where every lake, pond and reservoir in the NH Fish & Game Freshwater Fishing Guide has a page. More states are on the way.
Lake facts come from public sources, including NH Fish & Game, the NH Department of Environmental Services, NH State Police Marine Patrol, the U.S. Geological Survey, the U.S. Census Bureau and the National Weather Service. Each section of a lake page names and links its source, along with the date we pulled it.
LakeRipple is an independent site. It is not run by, or endorsed by, any government agency.
Rules, stocking, beach status and conditions change, sometimes daily. Before you fish, launch, swim or go out on the ice, confirm with the official source. See our Terms of Use.
LakeRipple is free to use. Some links to boat rentals, lodging, gear and other trip services may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
